Very Berry Smoothie



With mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey, this Very Berry Smoothie is both tasty and good for you. Great for a quick breakfast or a pick-me-up in the middle of the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Place the mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a KitchenAid blender

If desired, add a few ice cubes for extra thickness and chill

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy

Pour the Very Berry Smoothie into glasses and serve immediately
