Healthy Fruit Popsicles



These healthy fruit popsicles taste great and are full of good things for you. Because they are made with natural sweeteners and fresh fruit, they are a treat that both kids and adults can enjoy without feeling bad about it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, and mango
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions:

Wash and chop the fruit into small pieces

In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, honey or maple syrup, and coconut water

Blend until smooth

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid

To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds
