- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 325F 160C and lightly oil a bundt pan

Put aside
Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar in a separate bowl until they become light and fluffy
One egg at a time, adding and beating thoroughly after each addition

After filling the bundt pan with oil, bake it for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Make the chocolate frosting while the cake bakes
Brown sugar, egg yolks, unsalted butter, and evaporated milk should all be combined in a saucepan
Stirring continuously, cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, 10 to 12 minutes
After taking off the heat, whisk in the vanilla extract
After the cake is baked, remove from the pan and let cool for ten minutes before turning it out onto a serving platter
Drizzle the cake with the warm chocolate icing, letting it run down the sides
