Keto Coffee



This Keto coffee recipe is a creamy and indulgent way to start your day. Packed with healthy fats, it provides a sustained energy boost while keeping you in ketosis.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Instructions:

Brew a cup of coffee

In a blender, combine the brewed coffee, unsalted butter, coconut oil, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon if desired

Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds

Pour into a mug and enjoy!
