Avocado Guacamole



This homemade avocado guacamole is a classic dip that will elevate your snacking game. Creamy avocados, fresh veggies, and zesty lime juice come together for a delicious and healthy treat.

Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeo peppers, seeded and minced adjust to taste
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Use a fork or potato masher to mash the diced avocados in a large bowl until the texture you want is reached

Mixed in with the mashed avocados are the minced jalapeo peppers, chopped tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and minced red onion

Adding salt and pepper to taste, squeeze the juice of two limes over the food

Mix the ingredients together slowly until they are well mixed

If you think it needs more lime juice, salt, or pepper, taste it and add it

Put it on tortilla chips right away or use it as a topping for tacos, nachos, or your other favorite Mexican food
