Coca-Cola Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, combine Coca-Cola, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until the sauce is reduced by half, stirring occasionally, about 10-15 minutes
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet, skin side down
Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy
Flip the salmon fillets and pour the Coca-Cola glaze over them
Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is sticky
