Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad
This Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad is a delightful twist on the traditional Caesar salad. The roasted Brussels sprouts add a wonderful depth of flavor and a satisfying crunch to this classic dish. It's a perfect side salad for any meal or a delicious main course for a light and healthy lunch.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C
Add a little olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the Brussels sprouts that have been cut in half
Put them in an oven that has already been heated and roast them for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are soft and slightly crispy
Take the Brussels sprouts out of the oven and let them cool down for a while
Toss the roasted Brussels sprouts, Caesar salad dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese together in a large bowl
Mix it all together until the cheese and dressing cover all of the Brussels sprouts
Add croutons to the salad to make it crunchier
